Marketing Director – Climate Management Solutions (CMS) 

Shape and lead divisional marketing strategy across innovative climate brands

We are embedding the Genuit Business System (GBS) to drive operational excellence, customer value, and continuous improvement across all our businesses. 

The Role 

The Marketing Director will be the architect of CMS’s divisional marketing strategy, ensuring a clear, unified market voice while enabling each brand to retain its individuality and customer focus. This pivotal role will: 

  • Strategic leadership: Shape and lead the CMS divisional marketing strategy in partnership with brand‑level marketing directors; create a divisional narrative around CMS that commercialises sustainability; represent marketing on divisional projects such as Genuit House. 

  • Operational delivery: Drive divisional marketing initiatives that sit above brand level; establish and manage shared resource platforms and agencies to improve efficiency and consistency; provide frameworks, guidelines, and assets for brand teams. 

  • Market mapping & intelligence: Build divisional capability in market mapping and intelligence; guide insight into international growth opportunities; support acquisitions and partnerships through market research and analysis. 

  • Market engagement & representation: Strengthen CMS’s external reputation as a leader in sustainable HVAC solutions; lead divisional presence at trade shows, industry forums, and thought‑leadership platforms; act as the link between CMS and Genuit Group for marketing. 

  • Collaboration & enablement: Champion best‑practice sharing across CMS marketing teams; provide coaching and support to colleagues, building capability across the division.

 

This is a highly influential role, requiring strategic vision, operational delivery, and the ability to unite diverse teams under a shared purpose. 

The Person 

We are seeking a proven marketing leader with: 

  • Strategic thinking combined with operational delivery capability. 

  • Influence without direct authority, able to align multiple stakeholders. 

  • Analytical strength, turning market data into actionable strategies. 

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with external presence. 

  • Commercial acumen and international market experience. 

  • Growth mindset – creative, pragmatic, and impact‑driven. 

  • Cultural agility, able to unite multiple business units without enforcing uniformity. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 

  • Extensive marketing leadership experience in B2B industries, ideally HVAC, construction products, or related sectors. 

  • Proven track record in divisional or group‑level marketing strategy and execution. 

  • Demonstrated experience in market mapping, intelligence, and international marketing. 

  • Strong leadership and influence skills with senior stakeholders.
