As Marketing Director, you will oversee marketing across multiple channels — including brand, social media, content, SEO, and partnerships — with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness, engaging the veteran community, and generating qualified leads. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who identifies opportunities, builds the systems to execute on them, and consistently measures and improves results.

Lead the development of creative campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Own the company's social media and content strategy, building systems to grow audience, engagement, and brand awareness while telling veteran stories that highlight our mission.

Develop and manage the company's organic SEO strategy, identifying content opportunities and tracking traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Identify and build marketing partnerships and community initiatives with veteran organizations, businesses, influencers, and other partners to expand reach.

Establish a consistent testing framework across marketing channels, tracking key KPIs and using data to drive campaign performance and optimization.

Build the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed for the marketing department to scale, managing internal resources as well as outside agencies, contractors, and vendors.

    Other duties as assigned.
