We are looking for a US-based Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing function. This role will own the overall marketing strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive awareness, demand generation, and growth for Buildern’s platform.
As Buildern continues to grow, the Marketing Director will play a critical role in building a strong marketing foundation — shaping positioning, expanding acquisition channels, and creating a consistent brand presence across the US and global markets. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, working closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth.
What you will do:
- Own and execute Buildern’s overall marketing strategy, aligned with the company's growth goals
- Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team
- Develop scalable demand generation strategies across organic, content, paid acquisition, webinars, email marketing, and social channels
- Define Buildern’s positioning, messaging, and brand narrative in collaboration with Product and Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline generation and improve lead quality
- Lead high-impact marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, product launches, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Oversee Buildern’s digital presence, including website performance, SEO, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Establish marketing KPIs, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize marketing activities based on data and insights
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources across channels for maximum ROI
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams
- Familiarity with the construction industry, construction technology, or related markets is strongly preferred
- Proven experience building and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and pipeline
- Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, including content marketing, SEO, digital marketing, webinars, and demand generation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing performance and optimize campaigns
- Based in the United States with strong experience working within the US market
