Reporting to the SVP Marketing and Public Relations, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement digital content/campaigns including trigger-based emails using Marketo, SEO, SEM, website content, digital lead generation, Paid search, local search, content, landing pages, and results reporting. Responsible for increasing leads and engaging consumers through digital marketing techniques to achieve Marketing goals and organizational objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist is the subject expert on all aspects of Nuvision’s email automation and digital marketing lead generation. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the company’s website and takes a hands-on approach to ensure that the site is in compliance, current with the latest and best search algorithm techniques, and that the user experience is exceptional.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, create, and optimize automated trigger-based email campaigns to support key multi-brand internal stakeholders (Branch, Call Center, Lending, Mortgage).  
  • Includes all aspects of email including design, copy, reporting results.  
  • And call to action vehicles such as landing pages, phone numbers, and webforms hat tie into Sales Force & Lead Portal. 
  • Day-to-day ownership of Nuvision corporate website insuring accurate information, up-to-date and engaging content, site performance tracking, compliance, UX, hosting issues and promotional content 
  • Performs analysis of usage data to provide insights and recommendations. 
  • Develops in-house marketing automation expertise and becomes company’s subject matter expert responsible for sharing know-how with Marketing team for implementing trigger based automated marketing campaigns. 
  • Responsible for communicating digital marketing strategy and tactics to Marketing team. 
  • Be an integral part of the Marketing team; build, develop and grow key business relationships to ensure successful digital strategy and Digital Marketing campaigns. 
  • Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities. Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
  • Maintains member, team members and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Treats co-workers and members with respect. 
  • Supports member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences. 
  • Other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience to include: sophisticated Marketo campaigns and full understanding & utilization of Marketo capabilities 
  • Hands on comprehensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, Re-marketing and Paid Search. 
  • Content Marketing best practices  
  • Demonstrated ability in HTML, Digital design – adobe creative, Google Analytics, copy writing 
  • Must be able to coordinate, manage and guide multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and effectively through to completion. 
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.  Work involves much personal contact with others inside and outside of the organization 
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to compose and provide reports either through Excel or Prism  
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights 
  • Detail oriented with an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits 
  • Proficient with PC and computer software applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent

  • Arizona: Min - $62,647.77 - Mid - $78,309.72 - Max - $93,971.66 
  • Alaska: Min- $71,058.82 Mid- $88,823.52 Max- $106,588.23
  • Florida: Min-  $61,487.63 Mid- $76,859.54 Max-  $92,231.44
  • Southern California: Min-  $71,058.82 Mid$88,823.52 Max- $106,588.23
  • Nevada: Min- $64,097.95 Mid- $80,122.44 Max- $96,146.93
  • Washington: Min$80,168.40 Mid$90,998.79 Max- $109,198.55 
  • Wyoming: Min- $62,937.81 Mid$78,672.26 Max- $94,406.71 

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to the type and years of applicable experience within the job and industry, education, etc.
