We’re Hiring – Marketing & Digital Manager
Temporary Replacement / Freelance
As part of a maternity leave from late February to the end of June, ETAM is looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Manager to ensure continuity during this period.
The position is available either as a 4-month replacement contract or a freelance assignment.
Your role
You will act as a key relay within the local team, with a strong focus on performance, paid traffic and digital, while supporting and leading a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
Budget & Finance
Ownership and follow-up of marketing budgets
Global Budget Management & Reporting
Direct collaboration with the ETAM General Manager
Management and coaching of a team of 3 people
Support and prioritisation across all marketing and digital pillars
Digital & E-commerce
Strategic and operational support for e-commerce
Oversight of CRM and social media activities
Ensuring alignment between channels and performance objectives
Retail Marketing & Influence
Coordination of retail marketing initiatives
Organisation of events and collaborations with influencers
Paid Traffic & Acquisition
Management of the acquisition agency: briefs, content and messaging validation, regular touchpoints
Daily and strategic monitoring of paid media performance
Budget allocation, ROAS tracking and optimisation
Strong performance- and results-driven mindset
Affiliates & Partnerships
Management of affiliates and partners
Monthly reviews and performance tracking
Profile
Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing
Strong expertise in paid acquisition
Comfortable managing budgets and financial KPIs
Hands-on, structured and autonomous profile
Excellent communication skills in an international professional environment
