About the Role: We are looking for a talented middle/senior marketing designer to take a lead role in developing Platinumlist’s brand and campaign visuals. You will be responsible for creating key visuals, marketing presentations, and creative materials that support both internal and partner campaigns. Â
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design craft with brand thinking and wants to shape how our company and partners are visually represented across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure brand consistency across every channel. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key visuals and creative concepts for marketing and promotional campaigns. Â
- Design branded materials such as presentations, social media assets, promotional banners, and offline visuals. Â
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and ensure consistent brand language. Â
- Translate campaign ideas into visual narratives through layouts, mood boards, and storyboards. Â
- Support the marketing team in shaping the creative direction of ongoing campaigns. Â
- Adapt visual styles for various international markets and communication channels. Â
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing, brand, or creative designer. Â
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and visual design work. Â
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Â
- Experience creating presentation decks (Figma slides, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides). Â
- Solid understanding of composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling principles. Â
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Â
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic, Russian is a plus. Â
Nice to Have:
- Motion design skills. Â
- Experience producing visuals for performance or content marketing. Â
- Basic understanding of web layouts or digital animation. Â
