As the Marketing Data Analyst at NinjaOne, you will be a key member of our global marketing team. You will support our global marketing team in evaluating the performance and business health of paid and non-paid campaigns and initiatives. The team will look to your insights across our datasets to investigate complex questions that come up. You will work with the content and performance marketing teams to help manage and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives.
You are a storyteller who knows how to use data to identify insights and help business stakeholders make timely and impactful decisions from your insights. You understand the importance of identifying both large-scale and incremental opportunities.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, OR, TX, and WA.
Work with marketing teams to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance, and aid in the production of internal and external reporting and dashboards
Analyze enormous datasets from 10+ channels, 500+ campaigns, and a multimillion-dollar budget, and proactively discover opportunities for optimization and growth
BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science required (MS preferred)
Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau, Databricks, Python (e.g. Jupyter notebooks, pandas)

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $40,000 to $40,000 per year.
