Location Requirement:

Candidates must be in Indiana, with a strong preference for those in the Greater Indianapolis or Greater Fort Wayne areas.

At Klingbeil Capital Management it is all about experience! This includes the experience that you bring to the table, the experience you gain while working with us, and the experience you give to others. Our core values of integrity, straight-forwardness, relationship building, and teamwork guide us in our mission to create vibrant, engaging, and inspiring communities for over sixty years.

Primary Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with experience in apartment or multifamily marketing who enjoys staying organized, keeping things on track, and helping ideas come to life. You’ll be part of a supportive, easygoing team that works together to make our apartment communities look great online and create a better experience for residents.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day marketing of multiple apartment communities – updating websites and listings, posting on social media, entering and maintaining accurate property data, organizing photos and media, creating eblasts and resident communications, and helping plan and coordinate resident events. This includes organizing details, ordering supplies, and supporting execution remotely. Occasional in-state travel is required (approximately quarterly or for in-person training and meetings), with potential opportunity to attend an annual conference. If you like variety in your day and take pride in doing things well, you’ll fit in here.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help keep marketing projects moving and organized
  • Post and update content on websites, listing sites, social media, and email campaigns
  • Make sure property information online is accurate and up to date
  • Keep photos, videos, floor plans, and templates organized and easy to find
  • Help with resident events, promotions, and ordering materials
  • Track basic numbers and help pull simple reports
  • Review content to make sure everything looks consistent and on brand
  • Any other assigned marketing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (or similar experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in apartment marketing or a support role
  • Someone who is organized, dependable, and pays attention to details
  • Comfortable juggling a few different tasks without getting overwhelmed
  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn and jump in where needed

Additional Skills That Stand Out:

  • Experience using Entrata, Canva, Adobe Design Suite
  • Experience using any apartment marketing or property management platforms
  • Experience with creating social media content (posts, reels, captions, basic graphics)
  • Familiarity with SOCi or similar social media management tools
  • A strong creative eye and good sense of what looks clean, modern, and engaging
  • Experience marketing apartment communities, multifamily properties, or real estate

Why You’ll Like This Team:

  • Friendly, supportive team that enjoys working together
  • Clear expectations and steady work – you won’t be guessing what you should be doing
  • A role where your work is visible and appreciated
