What this position entails
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team across event execution and day to day marketing operations. This role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys juggling details, coordinating across teams, and helping projects move from idea to completion.Â
In this role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination for marketing requests, event materials, and creative production—helping ensure initiatives are scoped correctly, timelines are met, and stakeholders stay informed. You’ll gain hands on experience across modern marketing channels while building strong project management and collaboration skills.Â

Location
The expected application deadline for this job is May 8, 2026. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events (up to 25%)
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $109,020. For candidates residing in:Â
