The Data Coordinator will provide flexible, temporary support across the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) department during a period of organizational transition and evolving system needs. In conjunction with the Workday launch and the Workday/Workfront integration, the role may manually enter and validate proposal request information in Workfront. Additionally, this role will support CRM Data & Insights team functions and assist with priority items within the MBD Operational Excellence CRM workstream. Assignments will shift based on business needs, available capacity, and emerging process gaps. The role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, comfortable working across systems and teams, attentive to data quality, and able to understand and follow firm UCX Standards to support consistent practices and user experience expectations.
What You Will Do:Â
- Provide flexible support across proposal operations, Data & Insights, and the MBD Operational Excellence CRM workstream as priorities and capacity needs evolve
- As needed, review proposal requests submitted through Workday and enter or validate corresponding information in Workfront using established guidance, field mappings, and quality-control procedures
- Perform basic completeness checks on proposal request data and supporting materials; document questions or exceptions and route them to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Assist the CRM Data & Insights team (including the MBD Operational Excellence CRM workstream) with defined data-cleanup and data-quality activities, such as reviewing records, researching discrepancies, standardizing information, documenting exceptions, and updating data when authorized
- Assist in bulk data input of new records pertaining to potential & existing clients. Perform data cleansing through systematic review and updates to existing data records, including bulk imports and record updates.
- Communicate clearly with designated leads about workload, priorities, dependencies, unresolved questions, and potential risks to timing or data quality

- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy and completeness
- Ability to learn and follow defined processes, field mappings, naming conventions, data standards, and quality-control procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, clarify priorities, and adjust as business needs change
- Clear written communication and sound judgment when documenting issues, requesting clarification, or escalating exceptions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with or ability to learn Workday, Workfront, and other business systems quickly
- Experience supporting proposals, marketing operations, sales operations, data quality, project coordination, process improvement, or a professional services environment
