We’re growing and looking to add a new member to the team. You’ll join a group of highly motivated individuals helping us scale Phorest even faster.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit at the intersection of our physical event presence and our digital brand, turning real-world interactions into meaningful pipeline.
You’ll support the North American marketing team across events, content, reporting, and campaign execution, helping bring our brand to life while driving lead generation.
You’ll be part of a highly motivated team, working cross-functionally with events, partnerships, sales, and growth marketing to help Phorest grow even faster.
Gifting & Outreach: Own and evolve our end-to-end gifting strategy (pre- and post-event), creating memorable “wow” moments that convert interest into booked demos
Events: Support a high-volume events program (~100 events per year), from smaller activations to large-scale industry shows, ensuring smooth execution and strong follow-up
Outbound Sales Marketing: Partner with the outbound sales team to develop effective pre- and post-event communications that drive engagement and pipeline
Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent event projects, tracking hundreds of moving parts and ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets stay on track
Paid Media: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid social campaigns and Google Ads
Social Storytelling: Collaborate with global teams to capture client and event content, transforming it into engaging Reels, carousels, and social posts
Asset Creation: Design quick-turnaround digital assets using Canva (or similar), aligned with Phorest’s brand guidelines
Reporting & Insights: Track campaign and event performance, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve results
2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly
Proactive and ownership-driven — you spot gaps, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do
A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and global teams
Comfortable building and improving processes, with a natural instinct for structure and efficiency
Experience managing professional social media accounts, with a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Proficient in Canva or similar design tools, with a good eye for on-brand, engaging content
Data-informed in your approach — you understand key digital metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate) and use insights to guide decisions
