SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Alliant National鈥檚 marketing initiatives by providing hands-on operational, administrative, and creative support across campaigns, events, branded materials, digital communications, and marketing systems. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable doing day-to-day marketing work while also contributing ideas to improve processes, workflows, and tools over time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Execution & Operations
路 Assist in preparing, building, and deploying marketing communications, primarily email campaigns, with involvement in other digital or multimedia efforts.
路 Maintain and update marketing systems, tools, shared resources, and contact lists.
路 Gather, organize, and maintain marketing data to support reporting, tracking, and planning.
路 Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders and Alliant National agents related to marketing communications and materials.

Branded Materials & Product Ordering
路 Coordinate ordering of branded marketing materials and promotional products, including signage, tablecloths, displays, apparel, and giveaways.
路 Work with vendors to request quotes, place orders, confirm timelines, and ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
路 Assist with tracking inventory levels and availability of marketing materials.

Events & Marketing Support
路 Assist with planning and execution of marketing events, including preparation of materials, signage, shipping, and logistics.
路 Help ensure brand standards are consistently represented across event materials and environments.
Content, Editorial & Brand Support
路 Proofread and review marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
路 Apply basic understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual standards across written, digital, video, and social content.
路 Support quality control efforts to maintain brand integrity across platforms including quarterly review of Alliant National marketing materials and web properties.

Digital, Email & Website Support
路 Assist with posting and maintaining content on websites and internal platforms using content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
路 Build and update emails within marketing platforms; basic HTML familiarity is beneficial.
路 Support formatting, link management, and usability across digital communications.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
路 Associate鈥檚 degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four-year degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
路 Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
路 Familiarity with Adobe PDF editing tools.
路 Basic familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) preferred.
路 Basic HTML knowledge helpful.
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Experience with branded product ordering, vendor coordination, event support, or marketing operations is a plus.
路 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
路 Ability to manage multiple complex projects with general direction and with minimal supervision
