About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator helps Tivly create a high volume of high‑quality content—ads, landing pages, website content, customer communications, and social posts—that educates small business owners about their insurance needs and drives measurable growth. This entry‑level, highly mentored role also builds and manages AI‑powered workflows to automate content production and supports rigorous compliance review and documentation for all customer‑facing materials.
What You’ll Do
- Create, publish, and maintain a high volume of accurate, engaging, and compliant content (ads, landing pages, content pages, social media posts) using detailed briefs, AI prompts, and our Content Management System (CMS).
- Learn and apply SEO and LLMO (AI optimization) best practices to decide what content to create, how to structure it, and how to grow relevant organic and AI‑driven traffic.
- Partner with the head of paid advertising to develop and test new ad units across search, display, social, and video; perform regular competitive analysis of competitor campaigns.
- Build, test, and refine AI‑powered tools, agents, and workflows that help automate content strategy, creation, and measurement at scale.
- Coordinate and track compliance reviews for all customer‑facing content, ensuring materials meet legal, regulatory, and partner standards and are fully documented in our digital compliance repository.
- Follow clear processes to move content from brief to creation, approval, and publication across all relevant channels.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Fully trained on Tivly’s business, compliance requirements, and internal/external marketing and AI tools.
- Consistently producing and deploying high‑quality, relevant content that contributes to increased traffic, engagement, and revenue.
- Building and effectively using AI‑powered workflows that significantly automate content production and reporting.
- Ensuring all customer‑facing materials are properly reviewed, approved, and documented for compliance.
What You Bring
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or a closely related role.
- Strong writer and editor who enjoys developing clear, repeatable processes and systems.
Technical Skills
- Ability to pull and interpret performance metrics from platform insights and Google Analytics.
- Extremely comfortable and curious with AI tools; actively experiments with new AI technologies and workflows.
- Proficient with major social platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with at least one scheduling tool (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and using a content calendar.
- Hands‑on experience with Canva or similar tools to create basic on‑brand graphics and social assets.
- Ability to work in a CMS to publish and maintain content.
Behavioral and Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to represent the brand professionally in public and internal interactions.
- Highly organized, process‑oriented, and reliable, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, curious, and comfortable learning new platforms, formats, trends, and AI tools.
- Sound judgment on what to post and when to escalate potential issues.
- Collaborative team player who is open to feedback, coaching, and direction.
Travel
- Should be open to travel, primarily to St. Petersburg for on-site meetings (1 - 3 times per year).
