Job Post: Marketing Coordinator

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 AM to 2 PM EST on Wednesdays

Work Days: Monday – Wednesday

Salary: $5-$6 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview

Under general direction, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating marketing operations to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. This position reports directly to the CEO or CMO and supports the Marketing Team, Medical Director, Nursing Department, and Compliance Officer.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Scope of Work/Repsonsibilities

Marketing Operations & Support:

  • Manage and organize marketing tasks and projects.
  • Assist with research and data gathering across internal teams (Marketing, Nursing, Compliance).
  • Research strategies to improve the company website and enhance customer engagement.
  • Support social media activities including sharing, commenting, and audience interaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for market differentiation.

Content Creation & Review:

  • Assist in the creation of videos and other marketing materials.
  • Edit and collaborate with writers on marketing content.
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing materials.

General Duties:

  • Maintain communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by company leadership.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate degree required).
  • Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.

Basic Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Ability to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with the camera on.
  • Must not have other clients during required working hours.
  • Must submit a short video introduction as part of the application.

Technical Requirements

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
