About the Role
ioXt is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, and member communications. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while contributing to broader strategic planning. You'll work closely with leadership to keep campaigns, content, and reporting moving on schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule organic LinkedIn content, growing engagement with ioXt's member and industry audience.
• Coordinate the development and publication of white papers and other thought-leadership content, working with internal stakeholders and outside contributors/writers.
• Support the creation of marketing strategy documents, campaign timelines, and project schedules.
• Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns (member communications, newsletters, event promotion, product/certification updates).
• Track and coordinate reporting on marketing analytics (website, email, social) and translate performance data into clear updates for leadership.
• Prepare regular status updates and campaign recaps for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with content calendar management across channels to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
• Support marketing collateral needs for events, webinars, and member-facing communications as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 3 years of marketing experience, ideally including content coordination, email marketing, and social media management.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing/content channel.
• Basic to intermediate experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar) and comfort translating data into summaries for non-marketing audiences.
• Strong written communication skills; comfortable coordinating content with subject matter experts and external writers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, lean team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, tech, standards/certification, or association marketing.
• Familiarity with the IoT, cybersecurity, or standards/compliance space.
• Experience coordinating white papers or long-form technical content.
