We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Search & AI Systems team — a group focused on building AI-powered marketing systems that improve how Sinch’s products are discovered across search engines and LLMs.
You will help ensure that what we build — AI-generated content, AI content engineering workflows, SEO recommendations, and site optimizations — ships, performs, and scales as desired on sinch.com.
You’ll operate at the intersection of SEO, content engineering, writing, QA, and cross-functional coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious early-career marketer with an eye for detail and writing savvy who wants exposure to SEO/GEO/AEO, AI content systems, and marketing operations.
What You’ll Do
AI Content QA & Workflow Improvement:
Build and maintain a pre-publish scoring/QA rubric for AI-generated content.
Review and edit AI-generated content to validate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved inputs/database(s)/brand guidelines.
Translate recurring issues into workflow improvements (e.g., prompt refinement, input adjustments, structural changes, etc.).
Publishing Governance & Execution Oversight
Coordinate graphic design and visual creation with brand and designer team members. Help us build the system to scale helpful, contextual visuals for all content we publish.
Coordinate with teams responsible for WordPress publishing to ensure recommendations and updates are implemented accurately.
Validate that content updates, bug fixes, and structural improvements are live and functioning as intended (e.g., no broken links, placeholder text, uninformed visuals, formatting issues, etc.).
Validate localized URLs and ensure parity between English and translated pages.
Feedback Loop Management
Gather stakeholder feedback, document needs/expectations, and project manage the requests.
Ensure edit requests from Marketing, Product, and other teams are properly implemented withn inputs/databases/workflows -- not only manually edited on-page.
Close the loop with stakeholders when issues are resolved.
Tool Governance, Project Organization, & Knowledge Base Management
Maintain organization within Asana and other systems.
Manage intake forms and triage incoming requests.
Help prioritize backlog items in coordination with team leadership.
Ensure targeted keywords, prompts, and workflows are properly documented, tracked, and reported across systems (e.g. Ahrefs, AirOps).
Document and maintail team workflows, QA processes and operational playbooks.
Website Maintenance & SEO Hygiene
Conduct regular site audits and implement technical SEO improvements (e.g., 301 redirectsm 404 error resolution, redirect chain/loop fixes, etc)
Maintain internal linking between topic clusters as new and existing pages are published and refreshed.
Reporting & Operational Support
Support reporting efforts by gathering performance data from tools such as Ahrefs, AirOps, Looker, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and more.
Help prepare summaries highlighting publishing velocity, workflow output, and impact.
Identify trends or anomalies and surface them to the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SEO/GEO/AEO.
Experience with WordPress, AirOps, Ahrefs, Claude Code, Lovable, Figma, etc

The annual starting salary for this position is between $56,000-70,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until April 6, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
