Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Marketing & Communications Lead to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies, managing cross-functional marketing projects, and ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all digital and traditional platforms.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Oversee the day to day execution of communication programs. You will develop high-impact content—including blog posts, social media, press materials, and web content—to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Serve as a vital link between Crozier program teams (Sales, Finance, IT) and the broader Iron Mountain organization to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a high working knowledge of all programs, departments, and services offered.
Drive engagement by executing a forward-looking social media calendar and supporting special events with strategic partners and clients.
Manage the delivery of brand announcements, employee engagement communications, and DEI newsletters to ensure internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Ensure all communications are cohesive, high-quality, and tell a compelling story that resonates with both internal and external audiences.
Support new events with targeted sponsorship and new clients.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or corporate communications.
Strong knowledge of digital communication practices, web technology, and brand positioning.
Proven ability in professional-level writing and storytelling, with the skill to adjust tone for diverse audiences and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and social media engagement platforms, alongside standard office software.
Interpersonal Excellence: Experience working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
