What You'll Do
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print channels, including email campaigns, social media, website copy, press releases, and marketing collateral
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand standards
- Manage and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns from concept through delivery
- Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication platforms
- Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future communications strategies
- Assist in event promotion, product launches, and corporate announcements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
