Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Marketing Commercialization & Demand Generation Lead. This is a remote opportunity for candidates currently residing within the United States. Relocation is not provided. 

 

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.  Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

What you’ll do:

The Marketing Commercialization and Demand Generation Lead role helps lead commercialization, content development, and digital media projects that support product launches and other key business initiatives. The position combines a keen understanding of marketing strategies and tools with industry knowledge and business fundamentals to translate direction from marketing leadership and key stakeholders into high-quality, on-brand deliverables. In collaboration with a team of digital and graphics specialists, this role helps coordinate project execution and workflow while remaining hands-on with content development as needed. It requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with the ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, product line managers, vendors, and other internal teams. 


In this role you will:

Project Management & Commercialization

  • Lead commercialization projects supporting new product launches and key business initiatives, from planning through launch and optimization.
  • Leverage marketing planning documents and stakeholder inputs to define scope, timing, and deliverables across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
  • Ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables by creating projects, assigning tasks, and following up with stakeholders using Eaton’s preferred project management software.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, communicate project status and milestones, and coordinate with external vendors to support delivery.
  • Pull reports from various platforms for regular performance and budget review
  • Content Development
  • Translate marketing strategy, product positioning, and business objectives into clear creative direction for content and campaigns.
  • Guide digital and graphic specialists to ensure content aligns with approved messaging, priorities, and brand standards.
  • Contribute directly to content development as needed across digital and print channels, including web pages, videos, newsletters, social media, brochures, catalogs, and others.
  • Partner with engineering, product line managers, and sales teams to gather initial input and feedback throughout the development process.
  • Apply brand standards, industry trends, and best practices to inform content direction and execution.

 

Operational & Team Support

  • Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist with coordination of shared resources, vendors, and project inputs as needed to support team delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five (5) years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience leading product launches or commercialization efforts from concept to delivery.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience with task-based project management software (e.g. Adobe Workfront, Asana, Wrike, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or creative leadership in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with examples of previous work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects with examples of previous work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with examples of previous work
  • Photography and videography script writing, production and editing experience.
  • 3D image creation and/or rendering experience.
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Experience with paid media platforms and reporting (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
