Great marketing strategies don’t scale without great automation. PlentyONE is growing rapidly, and you’ll play a key role in shaping marketing campaigns of one of Germany’s leading e-commerce platforms. As Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d), you will be embedded in the Marketing team and own the execution, optimization, and scaling of automated marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs across the customer journey. Your mission is to ensure that leads and customers receive the right message at the right time, at scale. You translate marketing and growth strategy into reliable, high-performing automation systems. This is a hands-on role with high impact and strong ownership.


Your mission

Own Marketing Automation: 

  • Build, maintain and optimize Lead capture, qualification and nurture flows for different segments  


Lead & Lifecycle Management: 

  • Implement lead capture processes incl. CTAs & forms

  • Continuously optimize lifecycle management & lead scoring models

  • Manage automated lead routing incl.  CRM sync and notifications

  • Continuously improve lead quality and time-to-MQL


Campaigns & Nurturing:

  • Build, launch and optimize scalable nurture programs for SMB & ENT segments

  • Own day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring and fixes for live campaigns

  • Automate marketing campaigns 

  • Define target segments, triggers, and workflow logic

  • Work closely with Performance, Content, ABM and RevOps team

Data, Tracking & Compliance:

  • Maintain tracking and attribution standards 

  • Own prospect database segmentation, enrichment, and hygiene

  • Manage email consent, preferences, deliverability, and GDPR-compliant processes


Your profile

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or CRM, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, email, reporting) or another major MAP
  • Solid understanding of B2B funnel and lead management
  • Highly structured and execution-focused with strong attention to detail and QA discipline
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of APIs or SQL as a plus
  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
