About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to support marketing, events, partnerships, and community-building initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in startups, AI, venture capital, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Research startup, AI, and tech events globally.

• Conduct outreach to event organizers, partners, and speakers.

• Support social media marketing (LinkedIn, X, etc.).

• Assist with newsletters, event promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Help build and engage founder and startup communities.

• Coordinate virtual and in-person events.

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

• Maintain marketing documentation and outreach pipelines.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with email and LinkedIn outreach.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Interest in startups, AI, or venture capital.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva.

• Experience managing events or online communities.
