Description
Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join Equiti's Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing Programs, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, events, corporate social responsibility programs, and day-to-day marketing operations. In this role, you'll work across multiple areas of marketing — from executing brand and culture campaigns to coordinating events, supporting CSR storytelling, and assisting with campaign operations. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to bring Equiti's brand, and that of its Martti solution, to life through creative projects, event experiences, and operational support. This role is ideal for an organized, creative self-starter who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn across different marketing functions, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns and culture initiatives
Assist with corporate social responsibility programs, including content creation and logistics coordination
Help plan and execute internal and external events, handling logistics such as vendor coordination, materials ordering, and onsite support
Support campaign execution tasks including content distribution, email coordination, and performance tracking
Assist with marketing operations including reporting, data pulls, and project management
Coordinate branded merchandise ordering and inventory management
Assist with internal and external communications projects
Provide general marketing support across demand generation, content development, and other team priorities
All other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
You are a strategic thinker: you dive deep into what you’re marketing and dive deeper into the mind of your target audience to deeply understand their needs.
You are analytical: you take a data driven approach to solving problems and creating business recommendations.
You are hands-on: you have a hands-on attitude and achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk.
Strong learning ability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Comfortable coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to travel within the U.S.
