Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content
- Marketing lead research and lead qualifying
- Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
- Manage website updates and publish blog content
- Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
- Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed

Work Experience Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
- Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
- Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
