About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, events, and systems. This role is critical in keeping projects on track, ensuring content is published accurately, and maintaining clean, reliable data across our tools.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to help bring campaigns and programs to life.
What You'll Do
Marketing Coordination & Execution
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, blog, social, and events
Update the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met across all initiatives
Coordinate timelines and follow up with team members to keep projects on track
Build, format, and schedule email and social content across HubSpot
Assist with email sends, and social media scheduling
Assist with database cleanup, list management, and segmentation in HubSpot
Ensure data accuracy across contacts, companies, and campaign tracking
Assist with campaign setup including emails, landing pages, and assets
Support event coordination including invites, reminders, and follow-ups
Help manage event lists and ensure accurate targeting and data hygiene
Help document and improve marketing processes and workflows
Identify small inefficiencies and flag opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
1099 Contract Structure & Compensation
This is a contract-based consulting engagement compensated at an hourly rate of $20–$25, depending on experience. The Consultant will invoice for hours worked in connection with agreed-upon project scopes.
The anticipated time commitment is estimated to be up to approximately 20 hours per week depending on active project scopes; however, hours are not guaranteed and may vary.
