Regpack is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant & Copywriter to join our Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their marketing career who enjoys writing, creating content, learning digital marketing strategies, and working in a collaborative SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong writing skills, and is excited to help grow the Regpack brand.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing and editing content for the Regpack website, blog, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
  • Help maintain and update website content to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Create engaging content for target audiences while following Regpack's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Support SEO initiatives by creating keyword-focused content and assisting with content optimization.
  • Assist the marketing team with planning and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and customer interests to support marketing strategies.
  • Perform administrative and other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
