ABOUT THIS POSITION
Waystar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Measurement & Analytics professional to build, execute, and scale how marketing performance is measured and reported across the organization.
This role is responsible for executing Marketing’s measurement and reporting infrastructure, including dashboard development, data modeling, attribution implementation, and KPI tracking. This individual will translate business requirements into accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Power BI and marketing data systems with the ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver high-quality reporting assets.
A critical component of this role is executing and maintaining multi-touch marketing attribution and pipeline measurement, ensuring that marketing’s influence across the buyer journey is accurately captured, validated, and reflected in executive reporting.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex, fragmented marketing data into clear, trusted reporting used by leadership to drive decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing’s Power BI dashboards, including goal tracking, executive scorecards, and pipeline and attribution reporting Â
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are clear, accurate, and easy to use Â
- Execute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations across all marketing reporting Â
- Implement and support multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring data is accurately reflected across systems Â
- Validate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and resolving discrepancies Â
- Monitor data flows across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies in partnership with technical teams Â
- Document data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to support transparency and scalability Â
- Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve data quality, and enhance tracking and measurement capabilities Â
- Support improvements to data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to increase reporting reliability Â
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviewsÂ
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environment Â
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development Â
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting Â
- Familiarity with attribution platforms (specifically Marketo Measure)Â Â
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flows Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Â
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment Â
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholdersÂ
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and facilitating working sessions with stakeholdersÂ

- Experience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: Clay, Qualified, Invoca, Walnut.Â
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments Â
- Familiarity with our industry including but not limited to market trends, buying teams, and key players. Â
- Marketing automation strategy required, Marketo experience preferred.Â
