ABOUT THE POSITION
The Manager, Partner & Channel Marketing owns lead generation through strategic partners, professional associations, buying groups, franchises, and event-based marketing programs. This role is responsible for building scalable partner acquisition programs and delivering pipeline through trade shows and co-marketing initiatives. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing to activate high-intent prospects through trusted ecosystems. This is a hands-on, revenue-impacting, individual contributor role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and scale lead generation programs across:
· Strategic technology partners
· Professional associations
· Buying groups
· Franchise systems
Design co-marketing strategies including:
· Email campaigns
· Webinars
· Sponsored content
· Member promotions
· In-person events
· Manage partner lead flows, SLAs, tracking, and reporting
· Own partner program activation, not just recruitment
Trade Shows & Events:
· Own the annual trade show strategy and budget
· Select shows based on: Market alignment, Pipeline potential and Historical ROI
· Partner with Sales on:
o Booth staffing
o Lead capture strategy
o Onsite marketing opportunities
o Pre- and post-show outreach.
· Build standardized event ROI reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
Cross-Functional Execution
· Coordinate with Demand Gen & Revenue Operations on:
o Campaign execution
o Lead routing
o Attribution & reporting
· Partner with Sales on:
o Pipeline acceleration
o Channel-specific sales enablement
· Partner with Content on:
o Partner toolkits
o Co-branded content
o Event assets
· Partner with Product Marketing on:
o Partner positioning
o Verticalized messaging
o Vertical specific competitive differentiation
· Perform other duties as assigned
