About the Role
Purpose:
This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and experiential channels. This role bridges client needs, internal creative development and integrity, and execution workflows. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
As the Manager, Account Services, you will serve as a key connector between partners, internal teams, and campaign execution. You’ll lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and strong results across all channels.

What You’ll Do
Partnership & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, building strong, trusted relationships
- Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Provide proactive communication, updates, and solutions throughout the campaign lifecycle
Campaign Planning, Execution & Performance
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through performance review
- Coordinate campaign assets across print, digital, social, and experiential channels
- Facilitate internal reviews and approvals, ensuring alignment with brand standards and partner goals
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and task assignments to ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee resources, production schedules, and budgets to maximize efficiency and stay within scope
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward smoothly
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative, design, event, and communications teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Lead cross-functional communication to maintain efficient workflows and accountability
- Collaborate with Sales & Partnership teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness through metrics, ROI analysis, and reporting
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, marketing, or creative services (agency experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and provide insights
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams
Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Exposure to accounting or budget tracking systems
Additional Details
- Must reside within Midwest Dairy’s 10-state region
- Travel up to 15% to support partner and consumer events
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
