Program Management: Provide strategic guidance and roadmap plans to improve client KPIs, such as engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project completion through proactive communication and effective problem-solving to exceed client expectations. Work closely with cross-channel leaders to establish strategic omni-channel solutions.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers. Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing complex issues with strategic foresight, managing escalations, and proactively driving long-term client success and satisfaction.
Reporting & Insights: Oversee the creation and QA of comprehensive campaign performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Analyze data to uncover key trends, provide strategic insights, and identify high-impact opportunities for optimization to drive client success.
Collaboration: Lead and mentor team members who support on your client accounts to ensure compelling creative aligns with overarching client strategies. Partner with Tech & Ops teams to ensure the successful execution of complex technical solutions, driving strategic initiatives for client accounts.
Technical Knowledge: Leverage deep expertise in client messaging platforms to provide strategic direction and lead the collaboration with technical teams in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring alignment with overall client objectives.
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Drive innovative marketing strategies aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer lifecycle with creative, data-driven approaches that deliver measurable impact.
Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, offering strategic direction and feedback to support their growth. Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with client objectives, while contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Familiarity with ESP platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable or SFMC
Certification within ESP platforms a plus
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
The hiring salary range for this role is $81,000 - $95,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
