Odd Bunch is on a mission to make fresh produce more affordable and accessible across Canada. We are a fast-growing, sustainable subscription-based produce service, helping Canadians save thousands of dollars on their grocery bills, supporting local farmers, fighting food waste, donating to families suffering from food insecurity, and building a better planet in the process.
We currently operate in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, with most of our team located in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and London.
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Email) to bolster and scale our lifecycle marketing program.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a sharp, detail-obsessed individual. You’ll be building, QA’ing, scheduling, & optimizing emails across Klaviyo — spanning campaigns, flows, segments, and continuously testing new strategies.
Parts of your week will be highly operational (building emails, QA, segmentation), while others are more strategic & analytical (spotting trends, understanding performance, implementing improvements).
This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, strong mentorship, and lifecycle marketing experience within a rapidly moving, impact-driven startup.
Run Email Execution End-to-End
Support Lifecycle Operations
Your week will typically include a mix of campaign execution, performance monitoring, testing, and planning ahead.
Early in the week, you’ll review campaign and flow performance in Klaviyo with the team — digging into what’s working, what’s not, and why. You’ll build and QA upcoming campaigns, ensuring segments, personalization, and scheduling set up for success.
As campaigns go live, you’ll monitor performance, flag unusual trends, and implement ideas for testing or strategic improvements.. Midweek can shift toward lifecycle flows – performing updates, supporting tests, and troubleshooting segmentation or logic issues.
Later in the week, focus is often on preparing the next round of campaigns — drafting copy, setting up segments, and ensuring everything is ready for design and scheduling.
Join us in our mission to transform the grocery industry and make a lasting impact on eliminating food waste and improving food affordability in Canada.
If you are excited about this opportunity and meet the qualifications listed above, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for Odd Bunch.
