As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at KOHO, you’ll play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple lifecycle marketing channels to drive measurable business impact. This is a position that offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to learn and develop their career in a dynamic and in-demand marketing discipline at a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, planning, executing, and maintaining email, push notification, in-app, and SMS channel strategies and marketing campaigns measured against performance driven metrics to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Support Lifecycle Managers to identify and segment customer groups for targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring the right messaging and offers are delivered to the right audience at the right time.

  • Work closely with Lifecycle Managers to build and maintain multi-channel marketing campaigns using our CDP & marketing automation platform, partnering with cross-functional teams for copy, design, data/analytical, and technical requirements.

  • Support A/B test plans to measure and optimize campaigns to maximize impact and performance.

  • Assist with the content calendar planning by bringing forward benchmark ideas and contributing to the plan.

  • Briefing A/B tests and communicating results to the team.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; support Lifecycle Managers in compiling weekly and monthly reports for continuous optimization and stakeholder visibility.

  • Stay up to date with evolving tech and trends for best practices to be the subject matter expert.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless process and customer experience driving alignment of messaging with product updates and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

  • Must have experience working with Braze (email marketing platform)

  • Good to have: Experience with customer data platforms (like Segment).

  • Basic knowledge of customer segmentation and data analysis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry or fintech is a plus.

  • Participer au dĂ©veloppement, Ă  la planification, Ă  l’exĂ©cution et au suivi des stratĂ©gies et campagnes marketing par courriel, notifications push, messages in-app et SMS, mesurĂ©es selon des indicateurs de performance, afin d’amĂ©liorer l’acquisition, l’engagement et la rĂ©tention des utilisateurs.

  • Soutenir les Gestionnaires du Cycle de Vie pour identifier et segmenter les groupes de clients pour des initiatives marketing ciblĂ©es, en s’assurant que les bons messages et offres sont livrĂ©s Ă  la bonne audience au bon moment.

  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Gestionnaires du Cycle de Vie pour crĂ©er et maintenir des campagnes marketing multicanal en utilisant notre plateforme CDP et d’automatisation marketing, en partenariat avec des Ă©quipes transversales pour le contenu, le design, les donnĂ©es/analyses et les aspects techniques.

  • Soutenir les plans de tests A/B afin de mesurer et optimiser les campagnes pour maximiser leur impact et performance.

  • Participer Ă  la planification du calendrier de contenu en proposant des idĂ©es de rĂ©fĂ©rence et en contribuant Ă  l’élaboration du plan.

  • Briefer les tests A/B et communiquer les rĂ©sultats Ă  l’équipe.

  • Suivre et analyser l’efficacitĂ© des campagnes marketing du cycle de vie, en fournissant des recommandations pour une amĂ©lioration continue; soutenir les Gestionnaires du Cycle de Vie dans la compilation de rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels pour l’optimisation continue et la visibilitĂ© auprès des parties prenantes.

  • Se tenir Ă  jour sur les technologies et tendances en marketing afin d’être une rĂ©fĂ©rence dans le domaine.

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour assurer un processus et une expĂ©rience client fluide, en alignant les messages sur les mises Ă  jour produits et promotions.

Qualifications :

  • BaccalaurĂ©at en marketing, communications ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • 1 Ă  3 ans d’expĂ©rience en marketing par courriel, marketing numĂ©rique ou poste similaire.

  • ExpĂ©rience obligatoire avec Braze (plateforme de marketing par courriel).

  • Atout : expĂ©rience avec les plateformes de donnĂ©es clients (comme Segment).

  • Connaissances de base en segmentation client et analyse de donnĂ©es.

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et orale.

  • Minutieux(se) avec d’excellentes capacitĂ©s organisationnelles.

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration au sein d’une Ă©quipe transversale.

  • Connaissance du secteur des services financiers ou de la fintech est un plus.
