The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth across leisure travel services. This role blends creativity with data-driven thinking, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, aligned with company goals, and optimized for measurable impact. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams, advisors, suppliers, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing programs.

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, events, and collateral.
  • Assist with content creation (copywriting, design briefs, editing) to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, partnerships) to gather inputs and align marketing activities with business needs.
  • Coordinate with external partners (suppliers, media outlets, creative vendors) to maximize campaign impact and visibility.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Support trade events, conferences, and advisor programs with marketing assets and promotional activities.

Marketing Specialist 

  • Focus on local and regional marketing strategies that generate new leads and prospects.
  • Support client acquisition efforts, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with pipeline development goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (email, social, paid media, analytics, CRM).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
