Lead Specialist, Partner Co-Marketing Event Activation
Lead high-impact co-marketing event activations with enterprise partners, delivering integrated experiences that drive engagement, pipeline, and measurable business growth.
About the Role
As a Lead Specialist, Partner Co-Marketing Event Activation, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, customer-facing event experiences in partnership with enterprise organisations such as hyperscalers.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will own key components of partner event strategy and execution — translating shared objectives into seamless, integrated activations across pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and external partners to ensure every activation is aligned, impactful, and commercially effective, while also acting as a subject matter expert and coach to more junior team members.

- Coordinate integrated promotional plans across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure alignment across pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities
- Adapt activation plans in response to evolving partner requirements within agreed governance
Event Execution (Onsite & Digital)
- Deliver end-to-end activation plans including partner touchpoints, sessions, executive moments, and experiential elements
- Ensure all partner commitments are met with high standards of quality and operational readiness
- Act as the on-site lead for issue resolution, quickly managing risks and maintaining delivery momentum
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to align messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategies
- Provide clear and consistent stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure a seamless “one team” experience across all contributors
Measurement, Lead Flow & ROI
- Embed measurement frameworks into activations, including lead capture, engagement tracking, and follow-up actions
- Support reporting on event performance, including pipeline influence and lead outcomes
- Capture insights and lessons learned to inform future activations
Quality Assurance & Team Development
- Review and refine partner-facing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Reduce revision cycles through strong upfront quality control
- Coach and support junior team members on best practices in event activation and partner engagement
Key Deliverables
- Partner activation briefs with defined objectives, audience, success measures, and integrated plans
- Detailed activation plans and run-of-show documentation
- High-quality partner-facing assets (e.g. messaging, scripts, signage, follow-up materials)
- Post-event summaries including performance insights, partner feedback, and recommendations
Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering complex, customer-facing events or marketing activations
- Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise marketing, ideally with partner or co-marketing exposure
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, including onsite delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with performance metrics, lead capture, and campaign measurement
- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and execution excellence
