About Roveir & Roveia Health

Roveir is a growth marketing partner for tech companies, startups, and DTC brands. Founded by alumni from Facebook and Tesla, we specialize in scaling paid customer acquisition through performance-driven advertising and conversion-optimized systems.

Roveia Health is our specialized growth division focused on telehealth, health & wellness, and digital health brands — helping companies in the GLP-1, supplements, and patient acquisition space scale through performance marketing.

Across both brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok — serving clients from early-stage startups to 8-figure consumer brands.

Fully remote. Globally distributed. Built for growth that drives real outcomes.

The Role

We're hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts.

This is not an internship. You've already run ads — on Meta, Google, or both — and you know your way around a campaign. You understand campaign structure, audiences, bidding, and what it means to optimize toward a goal.

You'll work closely with Performance Marketing Leads, taking ownership of campaign execution, daily monitoring, and reporting across real client accounts. You're expected to contribute, not just assist.

Strong performers have a clear path into a full Performance Marketing Lead role within 12–18 months.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution

  • Build and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads under senior direction

  • Manage daily campaign monitoring, pacing, and performance checks across multiple accounts

  • Execute optimizations — bids, budgets, audiences, creative swaps — based on performance data

  • Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and campaign organization

Testing & Reporting

  • Support creative testing by setting up experiments and tracking results

  • Pull and compile performance data for weekly and monthly client reports

  • Communicate findings clearly to Performance Marketing Leads and account managers

Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate creative assets between designers and media buyers

  • Upload and organize ad creatives inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Provide basic creative feedback based on performance signals

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads — agency, in-house, or freelance

  • You've built campaigns from scratch, not just boosted posts or watched someone else do it

  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding strategies, and optimization levers

  • Comfortable reading performance data and drawing basic conclusions

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks across multiple accounts

  • Fluent English, written and verbal

  • Self-directed and comfortable in a fully remote environment

Strong Signals

  • Has managed ad spend across more than one account simultaneously

  • Agency background, even brief, is a strong plus

  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interface beyond surface level

  • Has run lead gen, eCommerce, or app campaigns — not just awareness

  • Actively wants to grow into a senior performance role and takes the craft seriously

You're Not the Right Fit If:

  • You've only ever boosted posts or set up one small campaign

  • You need step-by-step direction to execute basic campaign tasks

  • You can't speak to what you've run, what the results were, and what you learned

  • You're looking for a passive learning role rather than real ownership

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to both Meta and Google Ads

  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, or conversion tracking setup

  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools

  • Interest in health & wellness, tech, or DTC verticals

What We Offer

  • $45,000 – $65,000 CAD annually, based on experience

  • Fully remote, globally distributed team

  • Direct mentorship from senior performance marketers

  • Clear growth path toward Performance Marketing Lead within 12–18 months

  • Exposure to real client accounts across tech, health, and DTC verticals

  • Work closely with operators and alumni from Facebook and Tesla
