Junior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are seeking a commercially focused Junior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver targeted, data-driven marketing activity across the customer journey. You will be responsible for managing and optimising lifecycle campaigns, implementing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture programmes and Marketing-to-Sales conversion within an ABM environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key part in the delivery of the Ashbury marketing strategy, helping to move prospects from initial engagement through to qualified opportunity, conversion, retention and growth. Â

Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Journey ManagementÂ
- Plan, build, execute and optimise lifecycle marketing programmes, designing and building behaviour-led, segmented customer journeys across email, website, social media, events, webinars and other relevant channels.Â
- Develop automated customer journeys and nurture programmes tailored to audience needs, behaviours and lifecycle stage.Â
- Create triggered customer and prospect communications based on customer engagement, intent and lifecycle status.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and deploy relevant content and campaign assets.Â
Â
Lead Nurture and ConversionÂ
- Develop and manage lead nurture programmes to educate prospects, build engagement and drive sales readiness.Â
- Refine and optimise lead scoring, qualification and lifecycle criteria in collaboration with Head of Marketing and Sales.Â
- Monitor engagement and intent signals to identify MQL opportunities and manage the Marketing-to-Sales handover.Â
- Optimise nurture programmes to move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.Â
Â
Data, Reporting and OptimisationÂ
- Monitor lifecycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Â
- Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progression, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Â
- Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.Â
- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, content, audiences and customer journeysÂ
Â
CRM Management and System IntegrationsÂ
- Own and maintain the CRM platform (Hubspot) to ensure data integrity, usability and accuracy of real-time information.Â
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow automation, personalisation and segmentation.Â
Â
Skills and ExperienceÂ
EssentialÂ
- 4-5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, CRM and or Marketing Automation. Â
- Extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform and Google Analytics/Search Console. Â
- Strong understanding and experience in building and managing email nurture campaigns, automated workflows and customer journeys. Â

Practical and operational exposure
to lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle stages. Â
- Familiarity managing the Marketing-to-Sales handover, including MQL qualification, lead allocation and follow-up processes. Â
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to optimise engagement, conversion and ROI. Â
- Demonstrable know-how and experience in working across multiple marketing channels, such as email, website, social, webinars and events.Â

DesirableÂ
- Experience supporting or delivering Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. Â
- Practical experience using intent data or website visitor intelligence to identify and prioritise prospects. Â
- Experience in a B2B, professional services or complex sales environment. Â
- Strong theoretical understanding of the full B2B funnel from awareness → engagement → MQL → SQL →opportunity → customer and experience in practical application(s).
