About the team and the role:

The eBay Italian Speaking Seller Marketing Agent will be responsible for supporting outbound campaigns to our most valuable customers with a view to encouraging the use of eBay services and features most suited to the customers’ business, which will support growth and engagement.

The Italian Speaking Seller Marketing Agent is seen as a product expert for sellers wishing to use eBay as a channel or access point to the eBay marketplace.

What you will accomplish: 

• Build trusted relationships with targeted eBay sellers through tailored outbound campaigns focused on lifecycle management, marketing, and business growth.
   
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through engaging phone and email interactions, ensuring every communication is clear, complete, and makes valuable contributions.
   
• Use insights from survey tools and analytics to track, measure, and enhance campaign performance, turning data into smarter actions.
   
• Drive key results across productivity, GMV growth, and success metrics by understanding customer priorities and finding opportunities for improvement.
   
• Anticipate seller needs and provide personalized recommendations that help them grow their eBay business with confidence.
   
• Champion the voice of the customer daily—acting as their advocate and ensuring their success shapes everything you do.

What you will bring:

• A customer-first perspective with exceptional communication skills in both Italian and English, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
   
• Over two years of customer service experience with a strong focus on sales and up-selling, consistently delivering measurable results.
   
• A commercially aware, self-motivated, and target-driven approach, with a proven ability to exceed goals in dynamic environments.
   
• Adaptability and curiosity—you learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced teams.
   
• First-hand experience as an eBay buyer or seller, giving you authentic insight into customer needs and challenges.
   
• A positive, professional presence—courteous with customers, supportive with peers, and always ready to take initiative.
