The International Marketing Manager (IMM) with guidance and support from the Regional commercial leadership team is responsible for driving strategy to accelerate, both revenue and profitability for the Acumed Extremities portfolio in the assigned region, ensuring product ranges are being fully leveraged in all markets. This will include; Customer training, Sales Representative training, KOL engagement, facilitating voice of customer activities (VOC), partnering with Medical Education to plan and execute regional events, and working closely with both upstream & downstream marketing teams in Acumed LLC. The IMM works closely with the International Regional Business Director (IRBD), Subsidiary Sales Leaders, Product Management and Medical Education to develop and execute marketing strategies specific to his/her assigned region.
- Development of the annual regional Marketing strategy and tactical plans in collaboration with the IRBD.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of New Product launch plans and drives performance of vitality index metrics.
- Engages and establishes relationships with KOLs in the assigned region to support marketing strategies.
- Supports customer Sales and Marketing teams in the Operating room to ensure effective use of the Products.
- Plays an active role in regional tender discussions, portfolio positioning and pricing strategies.
- Supports the local Sales & Marketing teams in national, international and third-party events, including;
- Communication with KOLs & participants.
- Document, track and follow-up on training activities attended by all Sales & Marketing staff, including distributor partners.
- Distribution and follow up of all leads generated from Medical Education and trade show events.
- Providing sales and product training support for local sales teams
- Supports sales teams with field calls and local/regional/global conferences.
- Contributes to specific Marketing projects aligned with country-specific marketing strategies (i.e. product campaigns, products launches, regional marketing materials, upstream and downstream VOC, portfolio planning, competitive analysis activities, etc.)
- Responsible for specific regional NPI projects and providing voice of customer feedback from the local region.
- Follows up on on-going clinical studies and new clinical study proposals
