Job Summary: Interns gain experience in a specific field through guidance from coaches, mentors, sponsors, and their immediate supervisor, completing previously assigned daily tasks related to specific goals, attending meetings, and development opportunities. All interns complete a project related to their job responsibilities and career interests and present this live at the internship's completion. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Complete assigned tasks that have been established as part of their goals for the internship
• Attend all required internship development opportunities and meetings
• Complete and present a project related to specific job responsibilities and career interests
• Assist and contribute to the team

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and software 

• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Education and Experience: 

• Pursuing a degree in a related field to internship 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time 
• Ability to verbally communicate and exchange information 
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
