The Growth Marketing team focuses on growth through data-driven and ingenuitive strategies. We use a variety of tactics to maximize conversion, optimize campaigns and processes, and expand and engage audiences. These efforts drive sustainable growth and enable us to reach business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead campaigns and A-B testing strategies across growth marketing channels
- Campaign management pipeline for the A-B testing tool
- Own companies scheduled sales promotions. The coordination, collaboration, execution, reporting and presentation.
- Campaign execution onsite
- Coordinate product launches with product and tech teams, including QA testing on behalf of Growth Marketing
- Campaign analysis and reporting as well as present findings
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline campaign workflows through automation and AI tools, reducing manual lift and improving team efficiency
- Document campaign processes and contribute to a culture of operational clarity and continuous improvement
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
This position’s success will be measured and evaluated by the following metrics:
- Positive contribution to lead generation, paid subscriptions, member retention, and engagement rates
- Campaigns executed on time and error-free
- Clear, thorough documentation of owned processes and campaigns
- Effective management of multiple concurrent projects
- Timely and complete communication with the Growth Marketing team and key stakeholders
- Consistent demonstration of company Core Values
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in two or more of the marketing channels of email, paid, seo, social, onsite, affiliate, or direct mail
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Confident presenter - comfortable sharing campaign strategy and results with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when translating data into clear insights
- Comfortable working with AI tools to streamline workflows, support data analysis, and improve operational efficiency
- Proficient with web analytics tools (Google Analytics), spreadsheets and formulas, and presentation building
- Experience with A/B testing tools and working knowledge of HTML (VWO, Marketo, a plus)
- A growth-minded, problem-solver who manages multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Open to feedback, able to take direction, and willing to give it constructively

- Full-time W2 position, work core U.S. business hours in your time zone

- Travel is required for an all-company meeting, and may be required once or twice per year for team meetings
