What Integrated Channel Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Integrated Channel Marketing brings together our medical products and distribution solutions to better serve customers in the U.S. acute care market. Our goal is to win and retain distribution business while increasing Cardinal Health Brand™ product adoption. We create cohesive strategies, packaged solutions, and account‑based marketing programs that strengthen our position and support long‑term growth.

The Channel Product & Solutions Strategy team defines the channel’s value proposition. We build integrated solutions to make purchasing easier for customers and help the sales team sell with clarity and confidence. The team sets channel strategy, develops solution frameworks, and delivers account‑based marketing that drives adoption and measurable ROI.
 

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic go‑to‑market efforts for distribution and technology services, as well as strategic operations alignment and network strategy within the acute U.S. channel.
  • Develop channel‑specific strategic plans and partner with Marketing Communications to build and execute integrated product marketing and promotional programs.
  • Lead and execute initiatives to win and retain distribution business and drive deeper penetration of Cardinal‑branded products within the acute U.S. channel.
  • Serve as the channel expert for assigned service lines to articulate customer value and clearly communicate features and benefits.
  • Proactively gather competitive and market insights including competitor offerings, pricing, unmet needs, and evolving best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Strategic Pricing, Finance, Inventory, and others, demonstrating strong influencing skills and partnership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Medical Device, Distribution, Supply Chain and/or Healthcare Marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated, driven individual to meet objectives
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to pivot tables, lookups, and analyzing multiple data sets to create actionable insights (including, but not limited to)
  • Strong analytical skills allowing for quick assessment of situations, trade-offs, and ability to recommend appropriate course of action
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Location: This position can be remote and based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within the EST or CST business hours.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500
