The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for leading MYKA’s German influencer outreach and brand ambassador strategy. This role supports monthly marketing campaigns and drives brand awareness. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage new influencers to join MYKA’s brand influencer program across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new influencers through communication and social engagement
- Manage the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from contract negotiation and creative briefs to live integrations and technical coordination
- Ensure influencer campaigns drive positive ROI
- Support the Social Media Manager in executing strategic plans to grow brand awareness and advocacy, drive incremental exposure for key products, and bring MYKA’s brand DNA to life
Requirements
- 1–2 years of global digital influencer marketing experience – must
- Native German – must
- Proficient English for internal company processes - must
- Proven experience working with the German influencer market and staying up to date with social media trends
- Strong marketing mindset with an understanding of consumer psychology and user experience
- Affinity for jewelry and fashion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
- Passion for social media and the fashion industry, with knowledge of fashion and/or family content creators across social platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute projects on time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
