Overview
The HubSpot Administrator will support Prime System Solution’s IT-focused client by ensuring a stable, efficient, and data-driven HubSpot ecosystem across both Sales and Marketing functions. This role centers on backend CRM operations—including data integrity, reporting accuracy, integrations, and workflow optimization—to maintain a reliable system foundation for a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in HubSpot, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to enhance RevOps performance through clean data practices and seamless system automation.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration
- Manage day-to-day backend operations within HubSpot for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Maintain and optimize CRM settings, objects, properties, workflows, and automations.
- Perform routine system audits to ensure platform functionality and performance.
Data Quality & System Hygiene
- Conduct regular data cleansing activities, including deduplication, standardization, and accuracy checks.
- Implement best practices for data governance, naming conventions, lifecycle stages, and segmentation management.
- Identify data gaps and propose corrective measures to maintain a clean, reliable CRM environment.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build, update, and maintain custom dashboards and performance reports across Sales and Marketing.
- Translate business needs into meaningful analytics and insights.
- Ensure reporting accuracy by aligning dashboards with standardized definitions and metrics.
Integrations & Technical Support
- Manage and monitor integrations between HubSpot and other business tools (e.g., outreach platforms, analytics tools, communication systems).
- Troubleshoot integration errors and coordinate fixes with internal stakeholders or external vendors.
- Recommend technical enhancements to improve automation and data flow across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to understand operational needs.
- Provide internal support and basic training on HubSpot tools, features, and best practices.
- Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- 3-5 years of experience in HubSpot administration, CRM operations, or Marketing/Sales Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
- Hands-on experience with CRM data management, workflow creation, and report building.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for organized, structured data.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and manage integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across departments.
- Any certifications related to HubSpot Operations are a plus.
