We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Hospitality Marketing Assistant to join our team and help elevate our marketing efforts to new heights.

Position Overview: 
The Hospitality Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing day-to-day tasks, creating engaging content, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, with a flair for creativity, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Management 
  • Write and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns. 
  • Repurpose content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand voice and tone. 
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing assets. 
Social Media & Community Engagement 
  • Manage social media accounts, including content calendars, posting, and responding to comments/messages. 
  • Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and reach. 
Campaign Coordination 
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and promotions. 
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets. 
Analytics & Reporting 
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, social media, and email marketing efforts. 
  • Compile reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies. 
Administrative Support 
  • Maintain marketing calendars, organize files, and manage project timelines. 
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling routine inquiries. 
Research & Trend Spotting 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities. 
  • Research potential partnerships, influencers, and events to enhance brand visibility. 
Guest Engagement 
  • Support guest communication efforts, including responding to reviews and feedback. 
  • Assist with loyalty programs, special offers, and other guest-focused initiatives. 
Qualifications: 
Required Skills & Experience 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related field. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Wix) and basic SEO principles. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation. 
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools. 
  • Hospitality industry experience or a passion for travel and luxury experiences.
