Releaf
Full-time
Remote
United Kingdom
Director

Releaf Dispensary Ltd is a leading medical cannabis clinic committed to providing high-quality, safe, and effective cannabis-based treatments. Headquartered in the UK, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients through innovative solutions and outstanding patient service.

We’re a fast-growing team of passionate professionals on a mission to put patients back in control of their health journey. We’ve seen first-hand how alternative treatments can change lives, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of that change.

The role...

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Head of Performance Marketing with a minimum of 10 years Digital Marketing experience to lead our performance function and guide a growing team. This is a senior, remote first role with occasional in person meetings.

You’ll report directly to the Marketing Director and take ownership of our performance engine across SEO, content, paid search, paid social and CRO. You’ll manage the Paid Search Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, SEO professionals and CRO specialist. You’ll set the pace, shape behaviours and build a team that understands how to win in a competitive, fast moving environment.

You should be comfortable switching between strategic leadership and hands on execution. This role suits someone who thrives in a digital first business, is analytical, and knows how to work within a regulated space. Healthcare experience helps. Cannabis sector experience is a bonus, not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Performance Marketing Department and set the direction across SEO, content, paid search, paid social and CRO.
  • Oversee the full patient journey from acquisition to conversion, making sure search, social, landing pages work together.
  • Manage and develop the Paid Search Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, SEO team and CRO/Design specialist.
  • Manage our SEO strategy and grow organic performance in a compliance heavy market.
  • Oversee paid search management with a strong focus on CPA, revenue growth and patient acquisition.
  • Guide paid social strategy and creative testing across the full funnel.
  • Paid Search / Paid Social CRO strategy. Build a clear testing roadmap covering landing pages, funnels, CTAs and user flows.
  • Improve channel mix, reporting and forecasting so the team can act fast with reliable data.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across search, social, content and CRO, test them and scale what works.
  • Work closely with Head of Social and Head of PR & Comms to align messaging, journeys and landing experiences. Provide clear reporting, insights, roadmaps and recommendations to the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with agencies, platforms and partners when needed.
  • Keep strong technical knowledge across platforms, analytics tools, testing methods and AI so the team stays ahead of changes.
  • Stay across regulatory requirements and find ways to scale safely.

What we're looking for:

  • Seven to ten years experience in digital marketing with strengths across SEO, content, paid search and paid social.
  • Strong CRO and testing experience. Comfortable running A B tests, defining hypotheses and using results to drive change.
  • Good understanding of UX, UI and how design impacts conversion.
  • Hands on experience managing campaigns and platforms.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to turn data and testing insights into action.
  • Comfortable reporting data, metrics and performance using industry tools.
  • Comfortable owning results and driving continuous improvement across multiple channels.
  • Able to work independently and move fast in a high growth, digital first environment.
  • Meticulous in approach, with strong attention to detail across data, reporting and execution.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes.

Why choose Releaf?

  • Be part of a fast-growing healthtech company making a real difference in patients’ lives.
  • Work within a supportive, ambitious team where your contributions have immediate impact.
  • Enjoy opportunities to learn, grow, and shape how we communicate with patients and the wider world.

Employee benefits include:

  • Private healthcare
  • Flexible working arrangements and remote-first culture
  • Personalised training and development opportunities
  • Discounts on global brands through our employee rewards platform
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
