We are a mission-driven accessibility start-up dedicated to transforming how neurodivergent individuals navigate their educational and professional journeys.Â
Since launching our first product, Present Pal, back in 2018, Estendio has empowered students across over 150 universities in the UK and US to excel in their presentations and communication skills. Building on this success, we recently launched our second product, Tailo, an AI-powered reading platform designed to create a tailored reading experience for every mind.
Our mission is to become the world's leading accessibility company, and we’re entering an exciting stage of rapid growth as we scale over the next year.
The Head of Marketing leads Estendio’s marketing strategy and execution across both established and emerging markets, working in close partnership with the CCO to shape and deliver the company’s commercial and brand growth objectives.
This role combines strategic leadership and operational delivery, ensuring that Estendio’s marketing activity drives measurable impact across the funnel from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention. Acting as a key member of the GTM team, the Head of Marketing helps define and implement integrated go-to-market plans, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment to growth priorities.
We’re at a very exciting stage in Estendio’s journey. Our products, Present Pal and Tailo, are well-established and continuing to grow within the UK Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) market - a mature, B2G channel with strong momentum. At the same time, we’re expanding into a new opportunity: the broader Higher Education market in both the UK and US, supporting a wider range of students beyond DSA. This is a greenfield market where we’re still in the early stages of validation and discovery.
Each of these markets requires a focused strategy and distinct skill set - one to sustain and scale growth in an established sector, and another to define and accelerate traction in a new one.
This role will be more focused on the new market opportunity with a 80/20 split across new markets and the DSA market.
