Growth Marketing Specialist

Parallels has an immediate vacancy for this role.

Push the boundaries of tech. In your sweatpants.

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity.

This is a hands-on execution role supporting the Global Integrated Campaigns Lead across eCommerce marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and modern content publishing for Parallels Desktop. You will work across campaign execution, A/B testing, lifecycle promotions, and AI-powered content workflows — with a focus on getting things done accurately, on time, and to a high standard. The right person understands how online software sales and eCommerce funnels work, is familiar with how AI is reshaping search and content discovery (AIO/GEO), and is motivated to own detailed, tactical work while learning and growing their scope over time.

The top creative and technical minds could work anywhere. So why are so many of them choosing Parallels? Here are three reasons:

  1. This is the moment. It’s an exciting time at Parallels, with strong leadership, a refreshed brand, and a whole new approach to changing the way the world works. We’re at the forefront of a movement, and we want you to ride this wave with us.
  2. We want you to be youToo often, companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Our culture is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe to be who you are, take risks, and show us what you’ve got.
  3. It’s your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it, but not all of it. At Parallels, we’re serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. We believe that happy employees mean happy customers. That’s why we hire amazing people and get out of their way.

Sound good so far? Awesome. Let’s talk more about the Growth Marketing Specialist role and see if we’re destined to be together.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

CRO & Analytics

  • Supporting the setup, QA, and monitoring of A/B tests using Optimizely or similar platforms
  • Using Google Analytics to track eCommerce funnel performance (trial → purchase → upsell), identify drop-off, and surface improvement opportunities
  • QA landing pages, purchase flows, and promotional experiences for accuracy and consistency before going live

Content Publishing & AIO/GEO

  • Publishing and maintaining blog and web content optimized for AI-driven and generative search (AIO, GEO, AEO, SEO)
  • Using AI tools (writing, image, video) to accelerate content production for blog posts, campaign assets, and lifecycle communications
  • Supporting on-page metadata and content updates aligned to discoverability and online goals

Campaign, Promotions & Project Coordination

  • Supporting integrated campaign execution including lifecycle emails, seasonal promotions, eCommerce events, and web updates — ensuring assets are accurate and live on time
  • Managing project records and timelines, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned and flagging blockers early
  • Coordinating with creative, product marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging and assets are aligned and on brand

What YOU bring to the team:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, growth/online marketing, or marketing operations
  • Understanding of eCommerce and online software sales funnels — trial, purchase, upsell, and renewal
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics — able to read funnel, spot drop-offs, and pull useful insights
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely or similar) and basic experimentation concepts
  • Hands-on knowledge of AIO/GEO/SEO content principles; experience publishing or maintaining web and blog content
  • Active, hands-on user of AI tools for content creation, video production, or research workflows — not just awareness
  • Strong project management instincts: organized, reliable with timelines, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • High attention to detail; able to QA and catch issues independently before they go live
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment — agile and organized without sacrificing quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter who takes ownership of detailed, tactical work and follows through without needing constant direction
  • Genuinely curious about modern digital marketing, eCommerce, and AI-driven content — motivated to understand the “why”, not just execute tasks
  • Highly organized with strong written communication and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
  • Motivated to absorb the business and grow their scope — this role is designed to develop
