Description

Cobalt is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This isn't a traditional demand gen role. We are shifting toward a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework that prioritizes high-quality account progression and buying committee penetration over raw lead volume.

In this role, you will develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans designed to build and accelerate the regional sales pipeline across North America and EMEA regions. You will leverage your experience to deliver pipeline-impacting campaigns, advanced account-based marketing (ABM), customer marketing, and channel partner programs.

With tight alignment with regional sales, you will utilize 6sense, Qualified, UserGems, and HubSpot to identify intent and track buyer movement, ensuring positive contributions for both new business and expansion pipeline. You are accountable, fearless in taking ownership, and ready to move beyond "lead gen" to innovate programs across the entire customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Lifecycle Account Progression: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives, focusing on both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Buying Committee Penetration: Build multi-touch campaigns to help take prospects through the buyer journey, leveraging multiple channels and tactics such as webinars, events, email, social, and display.
  • Intent & Movement Orchestration: Use 6sense intent signals and UserGems tracking to trigger precision plays that surround the buying committee and follow previous champions to new target accounts.
  • Customer Marketing & Advocacy: Develop programs to nurture existing customers, leveraging their success stories to drive expansion pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conversion Optimization: Develop strategies to drive pre-qualified applications into sales-qualified opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • Content Execution: Own the content for campaigns, including reports, eBooks, white papers, and promotional offers tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Sales & Success Enablement: Act as the primary marketing contact for local sales teams, participating in planning sessions and tracking lead follow-up for your region.
  • Data & Learning: Monitor regional marketing plan metrics and incorporate learnings into programs to ensure lead flow and funnel efficiencies are optimized.

You Must Have

  • Experience: 5 - 6 years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • ABM Execution: Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
  • Field & Customer Focus: Experience planning and executing field marketing strategies and events for both prospects and customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce and Intent Platforms (6Sense or UserGems)
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and improve outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
  • Accountability: A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with both UserGems and Qualified
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA and Tableau
