We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and drive qualified pipeline for a rapidly growing HR technology company operating in the global workforce and payroll space.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll work closely with Sales and Leadership to develop, launch, and optimize growth initiatives that directly impact revenue. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and scale successful acquisition strategies while helping build a predictable pipeline for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Own and optimize growth marketing channels across paid and organic acquisition.
Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
Develop demand generation programs targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Build a measurable and repeatable pipeline of qualified leads.
Implement tracking, attribution, and reporting to ensure marketing performance is fully measurable.
Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and channels to improve campaign performance.
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline generation.
Manage campaign budgets and report on key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
5+ years of Growth Marketing experience.
Experience marketing global payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), workforce management, or HR technology solutions is strongly preferred.
Proven success marketing to mid-market and enterprise customers with longer, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Demonstrated experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business results.
Strong analytical skills with experience using attribution models, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and modern demand generation strategies.
A startup mindset—you move quickly, take ownership, and enjoy testing and learning.
Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Experience working in the global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management industry.
Experience marketing SaaS solutions to HR, Finance, or Operations decision-makers.
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment.
