We’ve seen traction through performance marketing, content, and outbound channels. So, we are seeking a self-sufficient marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments to take the reins and scale our efforts further. This role is part strategy, part execution.
As a founding member of the Grizzle marketing team, you’ll be responsible for experimenting, implementing, and systemizing an end-to-end growth engine across performance and organic channels.
Working directly with the CEO, you’ll be given total autonomy to build a growth strategy from scratch while improving upon existing initiatives and channels. You’ll also have direct access to some of the best B2B content practitioners in the world.
We serve SaaS companies, and therefore treat our marketing like one. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of leading successful SaaS growth marketing and demand generation programs.
The role will ultimately be yours to steer, but the day-to-day responsibilities we envision include:
Experimenting with new channels and approaches: You’ll identify and run tests across core and emerging channels, setting up sprints to rapidly validate success.
Building scalable growth systems: Scale up existing efforts and roll out successful experiments into end-to-end programs.
Improving “post-click” website conversion rates: Test new conversion mechanisms to capture a wider audience and reduce friction from “consideration” to “consultation.”
Establishing lead nurture workflows: Segment inbound leads and route them into relevant nurture workflows, serving each audience content and messaging that’s most relevant to them.
Managing ad campaigns (SEM, paid social, etc.): You know your way around platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and know how to segment audiences and organize workspaces to maximize results.
Planning and coordinating a content marketing engine: You’ll have access to an incredible team of B2B content creators, marketers, and strategists to bring your content vision to life.
Managing marketing partners and vendors: You’ll be given the power to outsource and delegate successful growth initiatives to various partners or agencies. Demonstrate profitability, and the budget is all yours.
Writing ad copy and product marketing content: You may occasionally need to write copy for performance marketing channels and landing pages to launch new initiatives quickly.
Reporting and measurement: Building out dashboards to report on metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis.
You have 2+ years of experience building and running growth marketing or demand generation programs in a B2B context. SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
You have a proven track record of experimenting with and scaling growth channels to generate results.
You love getting hands-on, working in the trenches, and doing the work needed to bring campaigns and funnels to life.
You think in systems, and are no stranger to enforcing constraints to accelerate go-to-market efforts.
You’re creative, have ideas for new marketing approaches, and tend to look “outside the box” when approaching traditional B2B channels.
You’re incredibly results-driven, and understand that the tried-and-tested approaches to growth marketing are still crucial to driving revenue.
You love working with and wrangling data, and you know how to use it to your advantage to win. Experience with GA and SQL is preferable but not required.

FTE salary range is between ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ45,000 per annum (depending on experience, no matter where in the world you are).
