The Opportunity: Growth Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable business growth across the core collectionHQ product suite. This role is focused on generating and accelerating sales pipeline through high-impact marketing strategies, with content creation at the heart of success.
You’ll own the development and execution of growth initiatives across multiple channels, using data, experimentation, and continuous optimisation to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Content will be a critical driver in this role — fueling campaigns, supporting sales, and enabling scalable pipeline growth.
This role works closely with a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to maximise sales pipeline growth across the core collectionHQ products. You’ll be responsible for presenting the marketing strategy to key stakeholders and demonstrating clear ROI across all marketing activities, including events.
What You’ll Own
Pipeline & Demand Generation
- Own and execute the marketing strategy, working in close partnership with the GTM Engineer to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Define and refine target audiences and ideal customer profiles (ICP) to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline quality
- Build and optimise demand generation programs across the full funnel, from awareness through to revenue
- Partner with the GTM Engineer to build, launch, and scale data-driven pipeline generation campaigns
Content & AI-Enabled Marketing
- Lead AI-enabled content creation across written and visual formats, leveraging AI tools to generate, optimise, and scale high-performing campaign and sales assets (e.g. email, social, landing pages, collateral) while maintaining brand quality and consistency
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to develop compelling, high-performing messaging and content
- Manage and optimise marketing channels (website, social, email, paid media) to maximise pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with the GTM Engineer on marketing technology, automation, and data infrastructure to enable scalable growth
Analytics, Reporting & Events
- Manage and execute the marketing strategy for national and international trade shows, ensuring measurable pipeline and ROI impact
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance (MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue) and own reporting on marketing contribution to pipeline and ROI, using data insights and AI-assisted analysis to continuously improve performance
- Establish and optimise attribution models to understand channel and campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Own alignment with sales to optimise lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline progression through continuous feedback loops
30–60–90 Day Success Plan
Days 1–30: Discovery & Alignment
- Build strong relationships with development, sales, and customer success teams to understand the business, product, and customer needs
- Review existing marketing collateral, messaging, and brand positioning
- Audit current campaigns, website, social channels, and performance metrics
- Assess upcoming events and marketing plans already in place
- Identify quick wins and initial opportunities for improvement
Days 31–60: Strategy & Execution Setup
- Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy focused on increasing brand awareness and supporting pipeline growth
- Align closely with the GTM Engineer to define campaign frameworks and execution plans
- Begin producing and refining content and collateral to support GTM-led campaigns
- Introduce AI tools and workflows to improve content creation speed and quality
- Establish KPIs and reporting structures to track success
Days 61–90: Optimisation & Growth
- Execute campaigns at scale and monitor performance against defined KPIs
- Analyse results and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine strategy
- Optimise content, channels, and messaging based on data and AI-driven insights
- Coordinate next steps and longer-term planning with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Build a repeatable, scalable marketing engine aligned with revenue growth goals
Who You Are
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience driving pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation
- Experience creating high-performing written and visual content
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools
- Strong ability to refine and elevate AI-generated outputs
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Proficient with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience working with GTM or growth teams
